Description and video
Full compatibility with 3D printers
Renu 400 is designed for flexible integration into any additive manufacturing environment.
The device combines two steps in one. Connected to any standard industrial vacuum cleaner, it vacuums the powder from the printer and automatically sieves it, with a flow rate of up to 100 kg per hour. This reduces machine downtime and keeps operator contact with powder to an absolute minimum.
A large 400 mm sieve diameter and two independent vibration sources, mechanical and ultrasonic, provide excellent sifting efficiency and prevent the mesh from blinding with fine particles. Powder outlets can be adapted to standard and custom container connectors. Renu 400 is also available in an inert version for reactive metal powders.
Benefits
Do not waste time on manual sieving
Efficiency
Up to 100 kg of powder per hour, an ideal solution for medium and large-scale additive manufacturing.
Automation
The complete sieving cycle takes place without manual intervention, significantly shortening operating time and reducing workload.
Closed loop
Sieving in a closed system minimizes operator contact with powder and reduces material loss.
Easy integration
The compact design allows for easy integration into existing production lines or powder recycling systems.
Materials
Compatible with a wide range of metal powders, e.g. stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and aluminium.
Mobility
Wheel-based frame allows for easy movement.
Increase work time efficiency
Manual sieving is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Our system works autonomously, allowing for optimal use of human resources.
- Error reduction: automation minimizes the risk of errors caused by improper manual handling, such as insufficient cleaning or excessive powder loss.
- Repeatable quality: consistent operating parameters ensure uniform powder granulation, improving 3D printing process control and print quality.
- Safety and ergonomics: the automatic sieving machine eliminates direct operator contact with fine, often toxic metal powder. This reduces dust exposure and meets higher occupational health and safety standards.
